Today’s SURF is abbreviated. I wanted to make sure you know what’s on tonight because there are plenty of new episodes airing. Comments about various shows to come tomorrow. If you’re celebrating Passover too, I hope you have a peaceful and lovely seder with loved ones.
EARLY PREVIEW OF THE TUDORS: Showtime continues their generosity by posting the entire first episode of the new season of THE TUDORS on YouTube so if you can’t wait til April 11th, click and watch:

Tonight’s rundown:
ABC: Dancing With the Stars (2 hours), Castle (conclusion of last week’s episode “Boom”)
CBS: How I Met Your Mother (repeat), Rules of Engagement, Two and a Half Men (repeat), The Big Bang Theory (repeat), CSI: Miami (repeat)
Late night alert: Joel McHale and Ben McKenzie (SOUTHLAND) are Craig’s guests tonight on THE LATE LATE SHOW WITH CRAIG FERGUSON.
NBC: Chuck, Trauma, Law & Order
On CHUCK: “Chuck vs. the American Hero” has Chuck trying to win back Sarah’s heart from Agent Shaw.
FOX: House (repeat), 24
I’m not upset about this being the last season of 24. It’s time and honestly, I want them to do a feature film. I think their energy is better spent on that.
CW: Life Unexpected, Gossip Girl
Tonight’s LUX is titled “Storm Weathered”: “Lux is forced to face her complicated feelings for Jones (guest star Austin Butler) when she sees him kissing another girl at a party. When a storm hits Portland, Ryan and Lux find themselves stranded at the radio station, and Ryan learns more than he ever knew about what Lux went through as a child. Cate (Shiri Appleby) goes to Baze’s bar looking for Lux, but the storm traps her there with Baze, Math, Jamie (guest star Reggie Austin) and her sister, Abby (guest star Alex Breckenridge).”
ABC Family: 8pm: 10 Things I hate About You (season premiere) 10pm: Greek (season finale)
10 THINGS I HATE ABOUT YOU is the smartest show about high schoolers. I love it and I’ve been outta high school a very long time. It’s fantastic to see a strong, smart female lead but I don’t dismiss the rest of the ensemble. They all bring good stuff to the show which is by turns funny, sarcastic with just a dash of heart to keep it real.
GREEK is my favorite show set at college. I love these characters and the show never fails to make me smile and laugh. In tonight’s season finale, it’s spring break. The Kappa Taus have a revenge plan. Rusty and Dana share a room. Casey has a tough choice to make, and Ashley faces her future.
BBCA: Top Gear
BRAVO: 10pm: Kell on Earth (season finale)
One quick note about Kelly Cutrone, she shared some very wise thoughts about Sandra Bullock & Jesse James with my pal Jethro. I cannot stop thinking about this clip – look and listen:
Food: Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives
FX: 10pm:Damages
Tonight’s episode is titled “Tell Me I’m Not Racist” and there are twists in tonight’s story that change everything. I wish I could say I was as enamored of this show as I used to be. I feel like they’re purposely trying to put me through paces and it’s just making me weary. I’ll watch the rest of this season since we’re close to the end but the show doesn’t have the same effect on me anymore.
HGTV: Home Rules
History: American Pickers, American Pickers, Pawn Star$ (season premiere), Pawn Star
Logo: Rupaul’s Drag Race, Rupaul’s Drag Race
MTV: Disaster Date (season premiere), True Life
Outdoor: The Baja Unlimited (series debut)
Showtime: 10pm: Nurse Jackie, 1030pm: The United States of Tara
Spike: TNA: Impact!
TNT: 10pm: Saving Grace (season premiere)
This is the final season of SAVING GRACE and I’ve never been much of a fan. The first season didn’t grab me which surprised me because I think it’s the only TNT Original series I don’t watch.
TLC: Ultimate Cake Off
Travel: 10pm: Anthony Bourdain: No Reservations: Vietnam Central Highlands
truTV: Operation Repo
VH1: Celebrity Fit Club, The Price of Beauty, Transform Me
USA: WWE Monday Night Raw
That’s a wrap for now.
